Balloon Buddies
Shuffle together while carrying a balloon in four different body positions without using your hands.

What you need
- One large inflated balloon
Set up
Clear some floor space. Stand facing each other and gently trap the balloon between your foreheads.
How to play
You are Balloon Buddies delivering a very delicate bubble. At each position, shuffle together for about 10 feet (3 metres). Then stop and, without using your hands, work together to move the balloon to the next position:
- Between your heads
- Between your chests
- Between your backs
- Bottom to bottom
Move slowly, talk to each other, and take small matching steps. At the back and bottom positions, agree which direction to shuffle before moving. To reach the back station, turn together while keeping gentle contact with the balloon. From there, bend your knees and carefully roll it lower.
If the balloon drops, freeze and use your hands to reset it at the last completed station. After the final station, return it to your foreheads and begin another delivery.
Adult supervision is required. Remove and discard broken balloon pieces immediately.
